This website is run for Steven, a sole trader in Mitcham trading as Kane Fencing & Landscapes.

The quote form

If you fill in the form on the contact page, what you type goes into an email: your name, your phone number, your area, the type of job and your message. That email goes to Kane Fencing & Landscapes and to Verithora, the web agency that runs this site, so that both can see it and reply and so a broken form gets noticed quickly.

Those same details are also stored securely on this website's hosting, so that Steven and the agency can reply to you and keep a record of the job even if an email goes astray. They are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, and you can ask for them to be deleted sooner at any time.

What the site counts

Separately from the form, the site counts two things: the phone number being tapped, and the WhatsApp link being tapped. Each count records only which page it happened on and when, and an alert is emailed to the agency so the tap is noticed. There is no name, no phone number, no email address, no IP address and nothing that identifies you in those counts. There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tags on this site.

Asking for your details to be deleted

Ask by WhatsApp or phone on 07448 176937, or by email at [email protected], and the enquiry you sent will be deleted. You can ask at any time, and you do not have to give a reason.
